Kitchen/Living/Seating
I started the project, identifying the possible extending area (green zone). This intervention avoid affect the natural ventilation of the existing rooms such as the guest WC, and remain views from the sitting room. The project modifies the Kitchen and adds a space for meals and seating. Kitchen and Utility room remain together. Both are the ¨dirty zone¨ with it´s own circulation and entrance. The new Kitchen should be in a corner, improving the light level and air circulation. Meanwhile all Kitchen have a closed zone (the wall located at the back of the microwave, oven) It´s a place when you can socialize during breakfast, lunch, while cooking, etc; so should be open to other room/s (Living, etc) and views (garden). This project allows you to reach the garden directly, very useful if you like cooking or staying in the kitchen during some hours. Summing up: multifunctional medium size space (55 m2), tidy and luminous, improving circulations area and services sector.

Guest WC ventilation is a valid point. The questions around people living in the house are also very valid. 2 Adults, 2 Toddlers.

I would like to explain that the presented project must be considered a basic proposal. For a completed project we should need more information about the people who live in the house: how many, ages, hobbies, preferences; about the house: style, dimension of garden, surrounding, materials, etc.
