  Could you provide an example of the work you are asking for? the way you explained it appeared that you need a rendered image of the facade, in the comments here in the chat you say that what you need is a 2D rendering?   Ready to start ... We already have the model as a blank canvas ready to start applying materials and textures ... we only have 2 important doubts
  
  1- It is evident that the original design must be respected since it corresponds to the approved plans. But it remains to define the materials and finishes or perhaps they prefer that they are proposed following the line of patterns of materials managed in the immediate environment.
  
  2- When verifying the location of the house in Google Earth, a construction is observed that does not correspond in terms of roofs, to the approved plans and designs. Should we take into account that current roof distribution or do we fully follow the information on the plans?

     The address is 3617 W Royal Palm Cir, Tampa Florida. Have a look at what the new homes look like and base it on some of those ideas. I am looking to get input on colors from you guys as well. Brown soffets and trim seem to be popular but I am wide open to other good ideas.
