You have already built the site using code igniter Php Framework + e-commerce functionality, if you can set up a staging server and give us credentials we can work on the same code and make it responsive. Once you finalise everything we can move it to LIVE Server

Hi Sir, I have to bring this to your notice, Few pages which you have designed already needs some little tweaking so as to be developer and user friendly in mobile and tablet, so working on minor changes that will not affect the system
