The C and M art has to be apart of the words not separate. I am not trying to create a logo of the C and M.... I want the signature #15 is still the best reference.

Make sure with the art that surrounds the C and M that it can clearly be identified from a distance... a good test is to stand 5-10 feet away from your monitor after you design it and see if you easily make out C and M.

I updated the contest brief a bit to reflect my new inspiration by #15 . Some of the C and M art you all are producing is magnificent, but please incorporate into the spelled out signature instead of separating it as its own logo only. Also this signature is to represent a pair of male designers that are masculine. This limits the dainy, and girly aspect of too many flowers and too much rounding of the letters and artistic flair....

#15 really caught my eye with the C and the M it has art which we are looking for. I think it is a great idea to go crazy on the artistic aspect of the C and M to make them stand out as original. #15 is now strongly in the lead for bringing that imagination and risk to the signature

#8 is the best by far right now it has the signature paint brush effect. However it doesn't closely resemble the original font I give enough.

It seems like everyone is pretty much copying the font I gave or doing straight cursive and not combining the two with a paintbrush effect. I want the original font's shape and spacing but with a paintbrush signature effect on a slight slant. A happy middle between the two kinds presented so far.
