  Yes; Tokio is indeed Japanese influenced; but I'm not trying to capture that in the logo itself. Also, for everyone being too literal with a superhero; I think you are missing the point of the brief. I'm up to my ears in submissions with the obvious; same goes with using stock fonts. Please aim for something with a little more flare and NOT as literal as a superhero and a word.
