Here is another version with arrows incorporated into the "U". I placed it on the right limb this time, because when you write the letter "U", it goes from left to right, so that made more sense to me.

Hi Ethan, this looks amazing. Simple, memorable and original. Last ideas I have are the following: 1) maybe we can have a line through the interior of the U (small u inside the big U) to add some flavor, 2) a border around the big U to add an embossed look, and 3) not sure how this will look but maybe make the smaller arrows different colors?
