Trying to incorporate a fresh look while keeping in line with the previous design. Home page would have a slider instead of one static image, individual articles/categories will have a specific image as seen in "Screenshot1.jpg".

Sorry but this isn't keeping in theme with what I wanted. You changes the header and footer which I said not to. If you adjust them back, then resubmit it I will provide further feedback.
