I am looking for a design wrapper/template, with logo, for a new online service called
[login to view URL] (there is an existing site here that is not designed, something I hacked together to do some testing)

We make sharing Easy!

The purpose of the service is to help users find like-minded people to form clubs to commonly own, manage, and share assets, tools, toys, etc.
We are serving the economic principle that you don't need to own the drill, what you really need is the hole.

I am in need of:
-color palate
-logo
-home page mock-up

I am looking for flat design vs. parallax.
The app aspects of the site will feel like utility, information management, but not dense on the screen.
I don't have a preconception of the design and so don't have example sites at this point.

The ideas on the home page design should include:
-header (with logo and slogan area),
-footer,
-navigation concept,
-assume a clear action area in the center where copy, forms, app functions will eventually display
-some example form elements (optional)

The developers will build the site to morph (Responsive Design) to mobile devices, desktops, wide displays, and any other device and dimension.

We will also extend the look and feel from the home page throughout the site informational pages and adapt for the application pages.

An update on use of stock photos: some of the entries have made effective use of stock photos as full background images (as sliders) to support clean design with open space around copy and controls. These designs are appealing. I am open to finding appropriate stock images that work with this approach. I wanted to add this note to avoid any ambiguity from my last note saying that stock images weren't working so well.

Hi, the informational pages linked from the home page will be "Why Share", "How it Works", and "Start Now". The home page contents will include links to register and log in as well as more emphasized links to the pages mentioned above. The home page will also have brief orientation copy, which for purposes of this contest can be lorem ipsum. Please note that I don't need examples of interior pages at this stage and don't expect you to design any more than the home page with logo. I'm also seeing that stock photography and photo images used as is (similar to the experimental site I hacked up at the domain name) are not working so well. Representational graphics or modified images are working better. Thank you! Jon
