Clarification for option choose
Hi, I am sending this just for clarification purpose. I have started working on your project. I just want to know the points for Index are given are fixed or can be extended, I mean in given image, there are 9 points are in image but in Index it is showing only 6. And what about the sub headings like 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 etc. Will this liberty be given to user to add sub headings or it can be restricted like we do for main headings. If fixed then how many and what sub heading will be generated by template. And can we generate Index for all 9 headings. One other thing Page Number can be started from 1 or 2(if not counts the cover page no.). Actually I am planning to create form to choose all Main & Sub Options(based on Selected Main Head option) and utilize them in our template. Means when a user open the template document he will have opportunity to select various options and based on the selected options File will be generated and user can only fill editable or free text section.

i'm in favor of the first option, to be a pop up message once the user opens the document to select the type of template he want to use, once this template is selected a macro will run to load it as structured here

Can you please say about "How a user will be given option to select template." I mean If first we open same document then Select option will be given through independent form, which will open on load event as pop up form. Or we have to put a form on page one, so that user may select the options. If so then there may be multiple part/ section for every Document type in same document. Then based on selection user will be moved to that section/ part. Here he may work further. and using macro he may save only that section.
Or if you have any other option in your mind then please let me know. It is the crucial part on which next work will be depended.- 4 yıl önce

Hi, yes as you can see the structure contains 9 points but only 5 of them have a * besides them which means they are fixed and must be in every document the ones without a * can be removed. regarding the subheadings they can be written by the user, the only format here is the numbering of sub-headers such as 5.1, 5.2 and 5.3 there will be no 5.1.1
