  If I chose to use 2 x 4K Cameras, what specs would I need to increase?

     Nothing. The data streamed would be the same. If I had to say, upload speed and proper monitors to visualize 4k.

     The thing is you don't really need raw power, what you need above all else is a reliable internet connection. The speed you stated is sufficient for this, and as I said, a US$1,500.00 computer is more than enough. If you want we can pick the parts again to focus on more RAM and/or a bigger SSD, but again, I believe 16GB is enough for this task.

     I have experience with ffmpeg/x264, which can handle to encode (1080p) x 2 video on an i7-8700 CPU with the veryfast (for 30 fps) or ultrafast preset (for 60 fps) with approx 60-70% CPU usage, 16GB memory seems quite sufficient. However, I think you should check properly the software that you intend to use, even better if you can consult with someone who have used that particular software.
     Are you intend to store any of the stream, perhaps for longer time? Have you experienced with the software on a weaker workstation?

  Hello. We will be capturing, recording, and live streaming HD Cameras (1080p) x 2 using live Production Software. We will be remote conferencing in to control those cameras (PTZ).

  Hi there, What is the purpose of the 5 desktops other than viewing cameras and live video feeds? Are they used in an office environment, mainly word processing or does your office includes graphic designing and/or video editing?
