Cozy Little House.
The moment I saw this house I said to myself; what a cozy little house, tbh I felt jealous to the people who stay there, lol. Well 'cozy'; that's what I had in mind wile designing the space. Use of neutral colors and natural woods are the main characteristics of this entire house. We integrated the stairs to the bathroom, and the first floor bed with the sofa and the tv console. I created a modern yet cozy design for this space. Epoxy floors give a clean and warm look to the space, and the accent color kitchen blends in with the entire house. Since we didn't have guidelines to what we use, I took the liberty to use my favorite woods and colors. But hit me up and we can change things that you want. I usually don't work for this price range; but cozy little house took my heart : ) ... all the best, hope to hear for you soon. hii; I'm now working to improve the things u said; I wanted to ask how much of structural changes can I make; for example; can I rise the roof, or do you want to not change the character of the house much.

Hi Drilon, it is not that I don't want to change the roof but I am not allowed :( so this little house needs a great idea so the 3 people can have each one his own little room. Only the entry can be changed if for example I enlarge it so the terrace can become the kitchen with living room.

Hello, I have made a new version where we took just a bit of terrace and turned it into the living and kitchen; I made two small bedroom downstairs and the upstairs can be used as a main room. Hi Drilon, thank you very much for this new interior design, it is very modern and inviting but the question is not to change the design but the whole space. I use this little house for example for families who come with parents + 1 or 2 kids. I also get very often 3 employees and the little house does not offre enough privacy for each of them so tha's why I asked on the platform to think about a complete new inetrior layout. And I am sure that peple like you don't work with such a little price but if some architect or interior designer scomes up with the "great idea" I will pay a nice extra bonus. so you know that ;) have a nice evnening :)
