Dear CH, I have failed to understand point #"2. We will be extending the area under the 4th arch (to match the bottom level of the house)". Can you elaborate?

Hi Saumen, in the current pictures the 4 arches are on the same wall / plane of the top level. You will see an oddly sized square room on the right end of the picture below the 4th arch (the arch on the extreme right).
We will be making an extension to the home, this will include straightening the angular wall on the structure of bottom level below the 4th arch. Once this is done we will build a new room on the upper section (if you look at the picture this will be above the square room at the bottom). The new room / section will protrude about 4000mm from the original arches. We will have to move the arch to the new location to keep some uniformity in shape.
So in final form, 3 of the 4 arches will remain in current position, while a new 4th arch will protrude (a bit of an L shape) outwards. Hope this clarifies
Unfortunately no plans or autocad file, the item posted was done in the 1970s and scanned. Once I settle on a final design, I will need to get a draftsman and we need to measure actual dimensions. If we can work on the concept based on the provided measurements that is fine for now
