Thank you for your feedback ! Regarding colour : do you mean overall colouring of the picture, or some particular element ? Will change it as soon as I get your reply. Till then, just two explanatory notes : 1) I added extra glow to evoke intense sunlight, hence perhaps what seems like a blur to you 2) Different elements of the image were adjusted in shade to unify the image, that is, to make them look like they belong in the same scene, as opposed to being just cut and plastered there.
But : will tweak it, if you kindly specify the problem.

carefully adjusted colours (hue, vibrance, contrast, highlight/shadow etc) in every element of the picture, added waves, added surfboard, tweaked little things … hopefully to your satisfaction : )
(and a little note aside - regarding some other entries : images of people just snatched from internet cannot be used freely)
