Hi -
I've done some system designs in visio - which outline mostly what I'm trying to achieve.
The problem is that my designs are not very pretty. I need something that looks great and explains what I'm saying in the images.

Its a very simple job, just need to be able to paste what-ever you give me (images) into Word in a sensible manner.
So, if you're going to make a big long/wide image, it just wont work.

Ideally, looking for someone smart enough to interpret what is here, and recreate it.
Also attached is some info about colour palate.

I think I like #3, its the closest, but still not wow. #2 is a bit psychedelic and I'm not sure it follows the brand colours(?)

  I have use the same RGB from the color pallate. The colors are specifically the same in the pallet but you are right it is a bit shaded (rising from the bottom of the box). I can remove this shade if required!
