Okay, so I saw the site that you mentioned here, really got the vibe of the samples that were posted in the site.
The logo that I've designed kinda looks cutting edge, has sharp edges. Nuances like the sliced edge of "U" and elongated edge "D" shows that its a architectural company (you know gives a metal/being constructed vibe), the logo also has a futuristic feel to it. All this on a one common base which represents that all this is under one roof and kinda gives that vibe where you can depend on (strong foundation).I strongly feel any logo should good in black and white and hence kept it that way, if you strip all colors, that's where the true essence of a logo comes out. Hi, I can see the approach you are taking for the design, however, it is really important that the word 'loud' can be recognised by someone who is not familiar with the company's name.
