  Thanks for your entry.
  Although I do like the creative "swirp" of the line from left and down to the tagline, there's something about the logo text and tagline text that doesnt have a good feeling. It seems "unbalanced" somehow and a bit unsure on how the tagline would look when scaled down into webformat.
  It seems 3 different fonts have been used, and that could perhaps have added to the missing feeling of making something streamlined.
  Not sure if its the case, but just mentioning it - for the "SGS" and "Media" I expect some customization and not a pure font.
