Girdiyi Rapor Et

Hi! Please be sure to view both pages. The poem is in the left column and my notes are in the right. I went with the idea that you could prompt people with the first part of the number, like 48, instead of using the full number, 4800. Anyone learning the poem would understand what it's for, and that the streets end in "00," I believe. Thanks!

      Here's an alternate stanza:

Ron Howard was a tv child
who grew up without going wild.
      Did "Happy Days" in '76
and now directs the big screen flix.

freaking love it :) altho I am a howard stern fan, i might go for the PG ron howard. (incidentally, there's a great howard stern interview of ron howard)

One quirk is that Devon in Chicago is pronounced "de-VAWN." I think that's different from the UK pronunciation. Don't know if that would change your approach on this stanza.

this is great, askalice. so nice and punchy, good imagery (for memorization) and ties the numbers to the streets really well. Really nice work. I put a few comments on there.

Sorry, on page two, my note should read "fans will know" rather than "fill know."
