Hi, as per your requirements iv created 2 new pages for you website. As you can see in the images the header and footer remain the same and the content fit within the Header and footer. Color combination and layout can be changed later on further discussions. Iv created a mobile view too as per your requirements. Hope you like my design. Thank You!

This would look a lot better with a better font. This Times New Roman looks very out of place.

This is not Times New Roman. The font iv used is Roboto (Condensed & Regular). If you could suggest me some fonts i can send you the design again. Thank you for the feedback.
