Dear contest holder, here I tried to completely redesign the flat without changing the outter walls of the flat, maintaining the positions of the balconies and windows. I tried to put the staircase above the staff room to save more space so the bedrooms and and the bathrooms can be enlarged, each bathroom are full bath with tub and shower. You can have bigger kitchen as well. Please let me know what you think of my proposal. I greatly appreciate your feedback and willing to revise as per your requests.
