Packaging Brief

Target: The primary target market is male and female, ages 20 - 40, who are tech-savvy, social, upwardly mobile, upper - middle income to high income.
Packaging should be modern, fun, youthful and slightly sophisticated

Project Scope
Design packaging (short term) and corporate identity (long term) for a new roasted peanut product packaged as follows:
1. Snacbunny Roasted Peanuts - Salted
2. Snacbunny Honey-roasted Peanuts

Requirements
Your packaging design must be adaptable to resealable stand up pouches.
Experiment with a “see-through” window in the design.
There are no restrictions in terms of color. Our primary wish is for the package to be a work of art. It should be cool but not outlandish. The packaging should be attractive enough to be a conversation starter; starting conversations which lead to customer picking up and trying our product.

The Cambrook design attached embodies all the requirements we'd love for our package. Please use it and the attached samples for inspiration.

There should be a hole at the top of the standup pouch so it can easily be hung in a retail outlet.

Later on, we would want to carry out a corporate identity project to include interactive website, business cards, letter heads, etc. so it is imperative that the design be easily translated to other media.

Please find attached our Snacbunny logo in different colors. You can play around with the colors surrounding the logo. No color requirement for logo.

For the window opening, experiment with using the logo as the window or a mouth or intriguing shapes but do not use the industry standard circle in the middle, we want our product to stand out from the crowd. Thanks

Okay, so I've seen the first batch of designs. Good attempt. I just want to clarify that our brand does not have a specific color so don't feel like the logo has to be the same color with what I attached to the brief. Also, we would like the window to be intriguing. It shouldn't be just a circle in the middle of the product like every other company has. We would ideally like the package to be a work of art, "a conversation starter" which would lead customers to pick up and try our products. I will attach a new product sample to the brief which embodies most of our requirements. It should serve as inspiration for even more beautiful designs. Thanks. Hillvest Nigeria.
