We want to redesign our existing floorplan which is Vastu Compliant for building a home. The problem with the existing floor plan is that we are unable to design a Historic/Roman styled elevation using it. So we want to get the floor plan redesigned.

I have listed the requirements below and have also attached the current floorplan and some examples of the elevations we like. It is okay to change or reorganize them as you see fit.

If you do well in this contest, we can consider you for elevation design project as well.

Requirements for the Floor Plan:

Garden area
2-Car Parking
Indoor Elevator
Double-floor high-ceiling courtyard
Dining area
Foyer
Hall
Kitchen
Laundry Room that can fit Washer and Dryer separately.
Prayer room
Office-room
Bedroom with attached Bathroom
Common Bathroom

Second Floor:
Home Theater
2 Master Bedrooms with large bathroom
Balconies

Third Floor:
Large Covered Terrace Area with Common Bathroom and Kitchen for parties.
Master Bedroom with large bathrooms
