App and Website for Car Fans

Hello, The idea that I have is a website and app for mobile devices for car fans. The web site will be like a portal with links to all big car forums in the net, some shop sections. The app is more complicated. There will be also links to all big forums separated by brands. So the app will have a map and the current location will be shown. If your car is broken on the map will be shown all workshops around and which forum(brand) supports them. There will be also a phonebook with persons who are in particular area of the country and if you have problem you can call them for help fixing your car. And so on..
