Ladies and Gentleman,

We have a land with the following coordinates in Google Maps:

Coordinates:26°11'36.17"N 50°30'51.69"E

It is in an up and coming area and we would like to maximize the build area for outdoor soccer pitchs to include limited amenities like parking and locker/toilets.

The question we have is how many pitches can we fit ideally taking into account the following Min/Max Coordinates:

Length:
Min = 25.0 mt
Max = 50.0 mt.

Width:
Min = 16.5 mt
Max=35.0 mt

Run-off:
Min = 2.0 mt
Maz = 3.0 mt.

The documents attached include the FA requirements and dimensions of the land. Please do not hesitate to contact me should you require any clarifications.

Hi Ghassan,
The file Land Coords.jpg does not correspond to the land in Google Earth.
Could you attach the real land dimensions?
Also, has the existing building to be preserved?

  I've submitted as an entry the piece if land (conforming to the measurements) placed in Google Earth.
  Is this the real place and dimensions?

  I realized that the land will not accomodate the smallest pitch as you rightly noted.
  
  I ask that you reduce the size proportionately and make it work for the dimensions of the land.
