3) I want to find the figure in column D is greater than (G3+F3), if found please show the figure in column F in cell H
4) I want to find the figure in column E is smaller than (K3-J3), if found please show the figure in column K in cell L
5) Once found this 2 answer, repeat the same from next row, I will not key in figure anymore, formula will take figure from column C and key into column G and column K

the question is not clear as how can someone put column F in cell H and in column K in cell L they both are columns pls clarify its five mins job otherwise.

The work is completed as per contest brief and further public clarification, Now I have got 20534 rows which matches criteria 1 and 20361 rows which matches criteria 2.
