Ok I need a design made for a t-shirt that consists of an animated person that looks like the drawing in the file I uploaded (but possibly looking the other way), and the drawing needs to show him waving and there will need to be a speech bubble with the words "Hey Friend!" inside of it, in a script type font like in the file I uploaded (the black part). Make it look really cool, whether you want to make it a sticker-type or not is up to you - but give me some variations! The design will be aimed at kids clothing so make it appeal to the eye and look great!

I will need entries as soon as possible and I hope to choose a winner over the weekend. The more entries and variations you give me, the better chance of winning! I will happily increase the prize to $35 if the design is extremely popping and awesome! It will also help if you could comment that you are working on it, that way I know to wait for you too.
