  @docaks... its not good to show your picture on the banner or ad... those who are professional, will never do these kind of unprofessional thing. so this is my humble suggestion to removed your pic from the designer you have given 5star... design is good... just remove your picture...

I have uploaded static image #102 since uploading animated GIF is not fixed.
Circles with pictures symbolize the pain flow... first its just small, neck pain. Then back pain... then our team... and surgery at end like solution of problem. Arrows are there to make this story more logical :)

Mr docaks, I made animated gif image. Its like #75 but its animated and looks awesome with those animations.

  Accidentally I just have the same botton shape like your first image, while all your past works have: same position of logo and phone number like my banner, same number of circles, text description... and of course bottom shape doesnt have texture like your first banner, since you saw that solid one goes much better with logo, my circles have story (which is animated)... anyway I will make my new final animated banner and put link here. I hope mr docaks will see it
