I need my current website to be reconstructed so that it is an events management website, rather than an information hub. I would like something along the lines of [url removed, login to view] as they basiclly do exactly what my company does. The website needs to be fun and creative and encompass the name of our business which is Experience it Events. Ultimately, when you think of an event, you should want to visit our website and have us host or manage your event for you. We specialise in exhibitions, conferences, team-building, group outings, parties etc. Unfortunately we don't have pictures of past events as the company has undergone a major reconstruction, and thus you will need to use your own pictures and ideas that we can legally incorporate in our website. The current website is [url removed, login to view] which has a lot of information that you can utilize, however we are looking for something fresh, sophisticated and unique. The company is blends events management with promotional and corporate gifting, so that also needs to be mentioned. There needs to be a section dedicated to current events and exhibitions.

In case that we are the winners. We will complete the code to be a wordpress theme, transfer all your old database data to fit in the new installation and adapt your blog posts to the design.

Actually, that's all blank designs with no coding. I can do the designs with an access to your past website's database to show what the final result will look like.

But anyway, I can code a demo for now. I was just waiting for your green light. Do you want me to start working on a demo for now ??

- Do you want a form that a client can book an event from it ? and what fields do you want it to have, e.g. time, event type, place, ..etc ?

- Do you need the blog posts area to still be on the site or we should just include a link to the blog ?

- Regarding the use of images, do you have a type/style of images in mind that we want us to use ? do you have any pictures related to events that you want us to include?

- Are you interested in a specific color scheme ?

  It would be great if you can add a booking form where clients can add the type of event they are looking for, the date and time, number of people etc. With regards to the blog posts area, I think you can just include a link to the blog. In answer to your query about pictures, it would be great if you could include pictures of the different types of events eg: exhibitions, conferences, team-building. themed parties, tour group outings, that sort of thing. I am pretty flexible woth the colour scheme as long as it goes well with the colours within my logo. There are a number to choose from...
