Contest Brief

I'm looking for a nice design for a website template that will be for information only. The primary information will be the daily price of oil and other daily exchange rates, links and other industry related information.

Ideally, I would like it to be bold and easily readable, clear and well layed out with room for future expansion.

I would like to join, but I would like some more details first. Would you like to have just the template (html and css) or you want the actual scripts too?

The template first then, I will need some scripts to pull the relevant information.
