Web portal for teachers to make tour booking for their class. There will be 4 client desks on the web site:
1. Teacher desk with search engine for all possible travel options: schools, excursions, tours. They can search by country, dates, type of tours, duration or price.
Instant inner booking system. Each possible tour has photo gallery, description in blocks (tour, excursion, accommodation, specifics), reviews by who already been here. Once booked, system creates landing page for teacher's trip with exact dates and price, so they can send it to parent to review and book their kids.
2. Tour provider desk. Provider sees all booking requests from teachers, accept and confirms them. Provider manages dates and pricing, see the list of confirmed students with teacher. Can upload extra information about the tour: transfer details, tour leader. Get notifications by e-mail about new requests and bookings.
3. Parent interface. Parent see the proposed trip by the teacher. Book and pay by card for it. They can upload all necessary documents for the trip. After the tour - can write its review with status "parent".
4. Administrator access. Admin can edit all database of possible tours and excursions. See all requests and outstanding invoices, list all coming departure and arrivals.
