  is this contest is for PSD design or developing the whole site? if it is for developing the whole site I suggest increasing the prize amount.
  also, what am I suppose to submit for contest? is a screenshot of the website enough or you need a link?

  I recommend using WordPress as CMS with Woocommerce as e-commerce solution. let me know if that suits you. do you prefer specific color schemes? how many product category will your shop have? are you willing to incorporate social networks links on your site? any more details can help provide desired results.
