*Amendment: We are now looking to build office buildings of reasonably high quality instead of mixed use buildings.

We are looking for a master plan for a 110 thousand square feet corner plot for a *mixed use retail cum commercial and residential complex*. To be built in phases starting with 10000 to 15000 square feet of construction. To follow with subject to successful endeavor 50000 sq. feet in second phase. The location is: 31°24'22.9"N 73°02'45.3"E. Participants may look at the surrounding area to determine appropriate quality of the project. Property Layout is attached below.
