I need a logo for my new company. Here is what required. Also, please see an example attached, I need something similar.

1. Must be a graphic of a cat. Everyone who looks at it must understand that it is a cat.
2. Should be stylish, but not cartoon style.
3. As little details as possible, no tiny details. Logo should be scalable. Please see the example attached.
4. Minimum colours, black and white, or just few colours.
5. Need one logo with just the cat, and one with the same cat and word KOT on it. Free to choose the font.

I am attaching what it should look like (http://bartelsbusackpethospital.com/files/icons/cat_graphic.gif). Hope someone can offer something similar/better.

Question: would you consider the face (simple, two eyes, nose and mouth) too much detail? Does it have to be as simple as the example you gave?
