Create Concept drawings for a 6 story building from sketches and pictures of the site that will be provided.

I have the sketches only - I need you to come up with the concept.

The concept will include, floor plans showing car parking and detailed layout of each unit (each floorplate is almost identical), and 2 renders showing the building from the front and back.

There are 12 units on each floor.

picture 1 shows is an elevation for the site - take no notice of building design - this just shows the max heights allowed and the natural ground level.

2.pdf is site is 3 doors down from mine and it is the style that I need

i need all by Saturday night or Sunday

I DON'T NEED FLOOR PLANS OR DETAILED LAYOUT AT THIS STAGE, THIS WILL BE GIVEN AS SEPARATE PROJECT TO THE WINNING ENTRY!

I wanna ask about something ... the outlines of your land is that red lines which its dimensions are 18 * 34.6 ?? or like the land in the 2.pdf file which its dimensions are 18 * 66.1 ?
this is very important to have a professional 3d model

This is 3d work so a prize of $70 is just not enough. No good modeler will take part in it. Please increase it to atleast $250 for some wonderful work.
