We would like to prepare a content for Employee trainings, these employees will be predominantly sales people, content should have end to end solution, like participant guide, faculty guide, activities, Ice breakers, energizers. Time duration for content should range in between 2 to 3 hours. Even If required you can make one content for one topic which can be expended into 3 days of intervention of 1 hour each day. Each day should have opening and closing on high note, spiral learning and recall mechanism has to be very strong. These programs may be conducted through class room training's, and possibility of online training's also, through Google meet, Zoom, or other online platforms, so need compatibility check of that platform also. Program should be engaging for participants. We welcome suggestions from your side for betterment. For better understanding of topics we have mentioned the details below:

  share the content which is easy to articulate for trainer. We need presentation (PPT) which carries Performance objective of session, given conditions and performance expected post program. It should also have Faculty Guide and Participant Guide, content should be engaging with activities, it should have icebreakers and energizers.
