Hi,

we need 2 documents of "Code of ethics"

1. for IT Security Vendors, subgroup Antimalwareproducts (like Symantec, Kaspersky etc.)
2. for IT Security Testing Groups (subgroup Antimalwaretesting)

We want 2 documents (word), each about 2 pages.

It should have a general section, why it is important to have an ethical code, a a detailed session about the ethics.

VENDORS:
-----------------------------------------
As example: What we understand about ethics of vendors:
take care of data that you get from your customers
transmit only data you realy need
don't give data to a third party
detect every malware, even if it is governmental malware
have a general understandable EULA
and so on

Testing bodies / labs
----------------------------------------
be transperant in your methodology
have an ISO 9001 certification
make sure that your testing does not harm other users
and so on.

a minimum of 20 points for each document is required.
