4- open free account in www.mchost.ws and create free hosting account.
5- send a request via codecayon to upgrade your free plan hosting account to gold plan.

create the video and upload it in youtube and send the link to me in private message, i have many projects like that and i will give them to the winner

But I can't change my price depending on the contest prize. $20 for a voice over is actually the discounted price. A typical voice over (that length) cost upwards of $40! Thanks.
