Contest Brief

Hi,

Were a start up clothing line in the UK.
Having served in the armed forces myself, this is something close to my heart.
Were looking to create a item for sale that will donate a percentage of profits to the poppy appeal here in the UK.
We design and sell picture socks, so the image has to fit to our requirements.
Optimum size is 45cm tall x 20 cm wide. And at least 200dpi.

Were looking for a sobering yet fashionable piece, it has to encapsulate what poppy day is all about.
I've attached a few images we found on the internet, use these for your inspiration if you choose, or work from your own ideas.
We would obviously like to see poppies, and maybe military images as in the samples. However from there on we want you to show us what you've got.
All images must be copyright free, please don't just download stock images that need extended licences to be sold as prints.
Use your skills in photoshop/illustration/graphic design to create us some magic.
Chosen winner will have the option to receive a free pair of the socks once they are printed ( later in the year )
This is a sealed bid entry, we will give feedback to every design that is entered, we want to work with you to help create the perfect image for us.

Any questions please ask, we want to get this image right.

Thanks in advance.

*****EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT*****

Please ensure images are this size please.

Thanks again
