I need a volume like indicator

what takes data from csv file
and projects to Indicator

on x - axis = timestamp
on y - axis = amount
on y - axis color:
if IsBuy = 1 then green color, if 0 then red color bar
and see there can be 2 colors on same timestamp
they both should be visible if there is

timestamp , date, IsBuy, OpenRate, TakeProfit, StopLoss, amount

i have there some core indicator what needs to be modified to it work.
also i have there sample csv file.

It's easy job for professional developer

i think logic is to
store csv data to array using timestamp as key
and print on indicator when Time[i] == csv timestamp
