  Hi,
  As you can see I announced you as a winner,
  now I want you do the following
  1. convert the door in the meeting room (next to the roller shutter into a window, and there must be a door in the meeting room to the stairway, I am not able to see it in this view)
  2. the picture is dark in general, I want it little bit lighter)
  3. I want the lighting lamps to be more visible when they are off
  4. the AC must be close to the ceiling, and the heater close to the ground (that is what we learn in the university)
  5. in the stairway I want a light lamp, not only light.
  
  this project is for training on automation visualization station, so there will be students working with it must be very clear.
  
  when you finish all these changes, I want you to take all the renders that I mention in the original text (maybe it will be a good idea to send me one before doing all of them)
  and I want the 3DS Max file also, if you depend on any plugin please mention it clearly

     Thank you for appreciating my work. I will start correcting details and begin to send you the pictures until you are satisfied. No need for additional plugins. Basic MAX 2012, Mental ray renders. If you want i can save it in earlier version. I´ll contact you again tomorrow.
