  Dear Contest Holder,
  I will have to second Moncef's opinion. For $25 it is not reflecting the amount of work you are requesting. It is basically design work and a highly detailed rendering job. To include the high end car models we would either have to buy the car 3D models or model them ourselves (which costs time and $).
  
  I see that you are quite new to Freelancer.com. I would highly advise you to split this contest into 2 stages;

     Stage 1. ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN CONCEPT - set the design parameters, how big is your land/ building? 0.5 acre, 1 acre?, is it an existing warehouse, where is the location? Is your property 100% as huge as the Porsche Centre Calgary that you refer to? Define the Output: Floor layout & photo montage. Transfer your thoughts into a document and share it here.
     
     Stage 2. ARCHITECTURAL VISUALISATION. Once you have selected the design solution proposed and have floor plans ready, only then you create another contest specifically for rendering only. Bear in mind, the exact 3D car models costs money & time as well.
     
     Otherwise a photomontage would suffice at this conceptual design stage and of course #increaseprize . Hope this helps.

  also you are not only asking us to plan the car showroom but you are also asking us to model the car VR and to put the exact 3D into your project plus in a small time period and all of that is for 25USD?!!!! are you kidding me?! i dare you to go to any architectural studios in Saudi Arabia and ask them to do you project i am pretty sure that the price won't be less then 1000 USD, i am not asking you to give us 1000 USD but at least a prize bigger then 100USD because not only we are going to do the job of an architect but we are also going to do the job of a 3D modeler!!!! at first i was going to do your contest because i didn't think that you are going to request such a job for such a price but after i read your description i totally canceled my submission because this is considered a scam and no one is going to do your project besides scammers such us Ahmed R who submitted images from a Project that is not yours !!!!

     Thank you for your comments. What I am asking for is a rendering of a showroom in which the bottom floor contains cars and a few motorcycles, and the top floor is split between a lounge room and the other a coffee shop space. I am not requesting blue prints to build a show room. I put links to cars to it would be easier to grab a few and drop them in the showroom.
