I need single image of a app's home screen.
The app is called Collie (this should be the top banner).

1/2 of the screen will be a large button with "62" large and in the center. Under 62 but still in that button is the the text "Walk Signature Score™".

The other 1/2 will be a "trends graph" with 0, 50, 100 on the Y-axis and Weeks 1-6 on the X-axis. A graph line that starts at roughly 40 and slowly climbs and plateaus to 62 should be on the graph. Under the Graph is the word "Trends".

Three buttons are under these main buttons: "Alerts", "Health Log", and "Settings."

This is a health care app for seniors. So the color skim should be comforting. Blues are a good choice (with the exception of the Alert Bottom which should be red.)

Finally, this should be displayed on an iPad or large tablet in landscape position. An example of our last prototype image is attached. this new one should be much more sleek and simple. disregard the information on this image and disregard the image of house with wifi symbols. it is just to show the general idea of a app home screen on a device.

Do you need the redesign of screen with the same text and material that you shown in attached mobile screen. ? And what about showing wifi places in attachment. If you can make me more understand . It would be better and it will help me out to design . :) THANK YOU

  No, the information on the current image is out of date. the information i need displayed is in the project description. Also the image of the house and wifi is not needed. Just an image of an ipad with app image on it.
