We are seeking to have some brochures designed. We have provided a mockup in PDF of the information we need to incorporate. WHAT IT NEEDS is to be redesigned COMPLETELY so that it looks like it is representing TRUMP TOWERS or something. We have two side to this trifold. For this contest you may choose to do both sides, or select just one side.

If you are selected as the winner to this contest we have 3 more brochures to have redone the same way, with a total of 30 pages to be redone with the same 'image'. We will need a bid for 30 more pages as well.

We can provide high quality images and photos later. For now we need to select an image and a designer to work with. We are looking for a strong style or image with gloss and glitz like it was a set of brochures for the TRUMP TOWERS in NYC. This will be eventually printed on VERY high quality paper and ink. This is to represent a project that will last over 10 years and have more than $100,000,000 usd in sales. It needs to look like quality but we do not know what exactly we want.

The only guidelines we can give is that this a material that will be read by people between the ages of 45-75 (think about fonts being easy to read). It is a beachfront community and a 'beach' theme or feel would be nice but we need this to look corporate as well.

We are seeking a bid for the entire four brochure set of information. BUT FOR THIS CONTEST please provide a sample of ONE SIDE OF THE TRIFOLD BROCHURE or more.

The OTHER brochures are being provided for MORE INFORMATION ONLY. We do not expect any more than ONE or TWO sides of the TRIFOLD BROCHURE and that is why the PRIZE for this contest is only $30.

02-17-2014 BRIEF UPDATE:

I have uploaded 3 new files. These will be the design of the layout for the website we are redoing. Obviously we would like both the website and the brochures to look similar. One designer has already achieved this and will most likely be awarded the prize and the bid for the other 3 brochure pieces. (You know who you are)

That being said, in the interest of being fair, I am going to wait for this contest to close and then this evening I will select the winner. If you have any last minute submission, please be sure to get them posted before the contest ends. As much as we want to see designs, we do have a timeline to follow and today is the last day for us to select a designer to work with on the brochures and future brochures for the project as it progresses.

And if number 2 can repost the deisgn entry, we would like to consider that one as well. I am not here to select a design by myself. I need to have the entries review by the owner/developer and HE AND ONLY HE will select a winner. PLEASE DO NOT ASSUME ANYTHING IS CORRECT OR INCORRECT AT THIS MOMENT. Again, we need to have an idea of our options. It may turn out to be corporate and cold looking, high gloss or low gloss or spot gloss finish, it may be fun with colors or dark with negative text.

THE ONLY RULE THAT I HAVE TO MAKE CERTAIN THAT YOU CAN FOLLOW IS THIS: it must be readable for a person at the age of 65+. I would recommend a slightly larger font than you may normally apply. but that's it. everything else is open. I DO NOT WANT TO INFLUENCE ANYONE ONE WAY OR ANOTHER JUST YET.

Also, my adopted country is Mexico but I am from the USA and would prefer to speak and communicate in English going forward as my partners also speak English and we need to be certain we can convey ideas and concepts in our native tongue.

Thank you for all the submissions so far. We would like to see as many different ideas as possible and encourage multiple submissions or different submissions from the same designer. THANK YOU SO FAR!

Also, once we narrow it down to a few (This will be based on the 'eye of my boss' and not me) we will need to ask for a FIRM BID TO COMPLETE THE OTHER 30 PAGES in the other 3 brochure pieces.

  Of course, we are looking for a 'style' to then apply to the rest of our stuff/materials.
  
  We are not in love with anything but the text or copy. The rest is open for proposals and we welcome any and all changes, modifications, added image, size changes, etc.

  If you mean the exact text, we are only really concerned with the selecting of a new design theme. Don't worry about typing in exact text, you can use place holders if you want. Does that answer your question?
