DESIGN REQUIREMENTS BRIEF:
Company name: Asia Pacific Counsel Pty Ltd
Business name: APAC Advisor
Product/services: Legal services and business advisory/consulting.
Key objectives: Logo and brand design. Application to business cards, website, letterhead etc.
Brand values: Trusted, go to advisor. An outsourced in-house type of service, close partner who knows your business intimately and is your first port of call for all legal and quasi-legal/commercial matters, NOT a nerdy, boring guru on patent law or litigation. Core values are authenticity, ease of communication, trust – if we can provide the advice we will, if we can’t we can procure other experts and coordinate that for clients in a cost effective way. A highly results driven, responsive, no nonsense, commercial, innovative/flexible (not old school law), international experienced and savvy boutique professional services organisation. The business will have a variety of clients, the core groups likely to be as follows: high net worth family groups for bespoke commercial law projects; entrepreneurs; technology businesses; travel related businesses (e.g. online and offline travel agents, airlines); online facing businesses & other corporations and individuals;
Marketing objectives and target audience:
Marketing will initially be via direct reach out and word of mouth through established network. Some editorial pieces, blogs/Linked-in activity etc will commence soon as well.
Targeting business owners and key senior executives in the Asia Pacific region. Deep contacts and clients exist in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Singapore, Hong Kong, Dehli currently. There needs to be a visible “Asia” or at a minimum and Asia friendly element (which we are continuing to think about and brainstorm internally) as we do not want to be seen as an Australia only option and we have plans to expand a network of associates through Asia.
Design: APAC Advisor
Legal and Business Advisory Services for the Asia Pacific region (Tag line -may or may not end up being part of the trademark, simply a required, conventional explanation in professional services sector).
Scope: Colour logo, letterhead, email signature, business cards (digital and analogue formats).
