Hello,

I need a floor plan designed for my house. I have a couple of different designs in mind for the exterior.
i have attached photos of what i am thinking of for the exterior. I like all of them, however, i think i prefer the cottage and tudor style, but i would like designs for both the cottage and the tudor and also the french or the Bordeaux one.

Bear in mind that the block size is 1533 square metres. It is approximately 35 metres across in width, so the cottage and tudor pictures i have shown could probably be wider than shown in the picture, so feel free to add a wing on to the side of it to help fill out the block. I would prefer a wider house than a long skinny one.

I need the following features:

An entry to match the style of the house (good entries make a big impression!)
4 Bedrooms + Study (the bedrooms need to all be double bedrooms with a master bedroom and a guest room larger than the other two double rooms
2 onsuites (to the master and the guest rooms)
1 extra bathroom on its own with bath, shower, toilet etc.
Laundry
Double Garage with storeroom / cellar (may be good to have the entry to the garage around the side so its not viewed from the front and we can keep the look of the front as suggested)
Lounge large enough for 3 double seater lounges + 2 Single lounges and 5 or 6 other chairs (dining chairs)
Dining room (needs to be 6 metres long for a long table) this can be in open plan and linked to the family room if need be to make the space smaller (the table can be extended into the family room when i need it the full 6 metres long.) However, i would prefer a separate dining room, as i think these syle of houses require less of an open plan and a more separate dining room. but whatever you think.

Would you have any rough outline of the plot with measurement ? showing where the access road is - orientation (North), wind orientation if any, and sights you would like to give priority too if any as well. That would help us to give you a suitable proposal. Thank you !
