I need four different fliers created my web and graphic design business.

First flier: Web development selling e-commerce / online store solutions. The content/copy for the site can be your own creation, but it needs to include some selling points about the benefits of setting up an online store. Package price from $4000

Second Flier: Web development for real estate websites. I want to market to real estate agencies with full solutions for listing properties on their own website. I'm going to be using some of those wordpress real estate themes that are around, so I want to promote the features and benefits of real estate agents being able to list their properties and sell houses on their site. Package price from $4000

Third Flier: One for small business websites advertising their business and getting an online presence. Package price from $3000

Fourth Flier: This is for graphic design and printing of promotional products like logo design, business cards, corporate identity, fliers, brochures, standees, retractables and catalogues. You can choose how to promote these things, but it should look stylish and professional.

All fliers should really impinge and be able so sell. I want these fliers to be able to get people to contact me.

The format would be best in Indesign.
