1st Step Home Solutions

I am looking for a logo design for my 2 entities. I am looking for unique designs and not the same designs I see every where and all over this site. I want something different and unique. I am looking for two designs separately as I have two areas of my business. The first business is 1st Step Home Solutions ( Buy, Rehab(flip), Sell Real Estate business) 2nd business is Integrity Elite Properties (Investment rental property business). I would like to be able to use this business logo on the following: Web page, all social media pages, Business cards, wear products, vehicle graphics and all business marketing material, so I would like to be able to have this logo in multiple formats so I can use in all areas in the required format.
Also what is included in your price exactly and what formats and cost, don't want to spend more than $55??

I want this project done asap and would like to get this started today if you think you can make unique designs for my real estate companies?

I do not like the typical logos for real estate with the roof top or pic of house. I don' mind a house but must be creative rather that a stock image everyone has. I like signature in it too, maybe for Integrity Elite Properties one?
