I want to redesign my logo. It is about a company based in Greece selling olives and olive oil.

The logo preferably should contain the company's name "elitsa" and a smaller text saying "by Charana". In addition, something that express us and I would like to be added, as in our previous logo, is a centaur gathering olives from a tree.

The logo should look elegant and simple. The attached file contains the previous logo.
