What I need is both a logo and a banner created for a gaming community.

The current website is www.ascendedelements.com

General Design Guidelines for both:

Must be representative of the elements ie. water, fire, earth, and so on.

For the logo:

I have attached the current logo to give an idea of size.
Does not need to look anything like the current logo.
Please include the "AE" in some way though. Be creative!

The Banner:

What I am looking for is just a combination of the logo in a larger scale and the full spelling of "Ascended Elements" in a unique font that also includes some use of the elements in its design. Please do not just type out the word in a font. I am looking for a styled lettering. Must be scalable for usability!

BOTH must be delivered in the following format:

AI or PSD
Fully Layered
All fonts Included
