I want to have a Super Mario Brothers style theme but with a bearded mascot that is in the Super Mario Bros theme.

  I'm looking for something that doesn't infringe on Nintendo's copyright too much. Using an actual Mario image or the Mario 'M' on the cap is pushing it.
