Contest Brief
We have an older building with a condo association. It is a group of owners that rent out our homes through VRBO etc. We are planning to replace much of the wood railings out front and the decking with Redwood. We are planning to see a great improvement to the visual of the building. It will be fresher. We would like to freshen up our logo for the sign up front and to be used for our website, etc. It has to be something that looks good on a sign similar to what we have now. We are rural and woodsy, not modern and contemporary, but we do want something more updated.

We do not need to keep the oval wood sign. We do want to convey "luxury".
